Alex provides in-person and online therapy for children ages 8 and up, teens, and adults. She works with clients on emotional regulation, self-compassion, identity exploration, and building resilience through life transitions and challenges.
Many clients come to therapy feeling uncertain or disconnected from themselves. They often say, “I don’t feel like myself,” or “I’m not sure who I am right now.” In sessions with Alex, there is space to slow down and explore these questions with curiosity and care. Together, you will clarify what matters most to you and identify small, meaningful steps toward living in alignment with the person you want to be, even while navigating emotions such as anxiety, sadness, guilt, or anger.
Therapy with Alex is not about fixing you or rushing toward quick solutions. Instead, it focuses on understanding your experiences and supporting growth at a pace that feels authentic and sustainable. If you are interested in learning more, you are invited to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation!
