The space is open Monday through Sunday, offering flexibility to suit different schedules and practice needs.

Two minutes walk from the St Clair TTC station. Green P, Yonge Street meter and residential parking very close by.
Two rooms to choose from
A larger room for individual, couple, family or group work. Moving the furniture would allow for movement/play as well.
A smaller room for individual or couples. Both rooms include a desk, couch and accent chairs.
Each room includes a portable A/C unit. as well as windows which open.
Wifi included
Rogers Ultimate 1G internet included.
Booster to ensure the signal reaches both rooms.
Office supplies and storage
Wifi enabled Printer. Paper.
Lockable Cabinets. Spare supplies.
Three large closets to store what you need.
Privacy and confidentiality
Each room has sound minimizing through curtained and padded walls and doors, under door sound blocking.
Each room and common space is equipped with a Sonos speaker. Sound/white noise machines in the common spaces also allow for increased privacy.
Full kitchen (laundry and shower)
There are all appliances for your lunch, for serving groups, refrigerating/heating up your meals for breaks.
Coffee and tea are available for you and your clients.
Laundry for perhaps a massage therapist who may need to clean sheets/towels etc.

Room A
Full Day: $100 +tax
6hr Block (8-2, 2-8): $60 +tax
Room B
Full Day: $85 +tax
6hr Block (8-2, 2-8): $53 +tax
Availability
Please note:
Rentals are based on a weekly basis for a minimum 6-month commitment. That means hourly, single day, biweekly etc. are not available.
